  I have been a Southern Baptist for over 35 years and a pastor for since 1992. I have served with many exclusionist in my day. Pastor Stan, myself and many other have had Christ reveal to us that we must be inclusionary in our walk and presentation of Christ and walk with Christ to include all of God’s creation. Sinners and saints. How can you reach people for Christ if you are not willing to walk with them.

  Jude 1:3 "Beloved, while I was making every effort to write you about our common salvation, I felt the necessity to write to you appealing that you contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all handed down to the saints."
  My wife and I had to pursue membership at a more biblically sound church and leave First Baptist Church of Belleview after I received an email from the head pastor - Mr. Stan Hannan stating that I am no longer fit for ministry at First Baptist of Belleview due to my true biblical facebook posts concerning the Southern Baptist Convention, Lifeway book store and false teacher Beth Moore. Mr. Stan also unfriended me on facebook as well . I responded back to his email with biblical truth and evidence for my posts and asked to meet with him in person and received no reply. He even went as far in the email by stating that I should not share my "views" with other members. Sorry, I can't keep silent on the truth. My allegiance is to Christ.
  One of my posts he was referring to , I stated that the ""The lifeway bookstores promote heresy and false teachings. The Southern Baptist Convention is corrupt."
  Here are the facts - Lifeway sells books from T.D Jakes, Brian Houston, Cristine Caine etc. These are all false teachers who distort the truth of Christ on the essentials(beliefs that you cannot deny in order to be a Christian). God himself calls us for us to discern and test what we are being taught according to scripture - Acts 17:11, 1 John 4:1. What I stated was true.
  With regards to Beth moore,
  I am against Beth moore because what she preaches and promotes is against the scriptures with regards to the essentials i.e the gospel as well as her affiliations with false teachers who distort the gospel i.e Joel Osteen, Mrs. Caine, Joyce Meyer. ( Galatians 1:6-9, Romans 16:16-18). Also if you look at Beth moore's statement of beliefs you will see that they are ecumenical in nature and do not contain clear concise statements on the essentials of the faith.
  
  The Southern Baptist Convention is corrupt because the leadership has been emabracing ecumenical and word of faith heretical teachings and teachers. Ronnie Floyd has partnered up with the likes of Kenneth Copeland and Steven Gaines has invited Ben Carson to speak at his church putting political gains over biblical truth. Ben Carson is a Seventh Day Adventist and Seventh Day Adventism promotes a false Jesus.
  
  Ecumenism is false . You cannot unify heresy with biblical truth. Jesus never preached unity at the expense of biblical truth.
  Even though I am a member of the Southern Baptist convention I have a right and duty to Christ to contend for the faith (Jude 1:3) . The Southern Baptist has a statement of faith that lines up with the Bible and as a Christian, I am called to defend it. These things I have pointed out biblically are of great concern yet no scripture in context was given to me by the Pastor to address my concerns and the by-laws were held over my head as if they were scripture.
  
  If you look at the history of the SBC, it has taken members within it to contend for the precious gospel. I am doing the same yet I was chastised for it.
  
  If you are attending this church or attending this church, please be a Berean and ask Mr. Stan what scripture in context justifies the evil I pointed out. I can't recommend a church like this in light of scripture that treats it's members like this this for practicing biblical discernment for God's glory.
